  • 28 Jun 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that from everybody who was calling and reading from the internet, this Budget has been rated to be the best ever since Independence, and we want to support it. I would like to look at some of the factors that are making this Budget to be called one of the best. Bearing in mind that the outbreak is in a big area which has about six schools hosting more than 130 students, I think what must be looked at first is the condition of the water supply in the area and sanitation in general. Has the Ministry March 28, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 107 put up in place an effective water supply? If it has not, then the outbreak will still continue. Has the Ministry thought of coming up with ... view
