  • 1 Sep 2016 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Allow me to suggest that the Mover be called upon to reply so that we dispense with this boring Bill that, obviously, the whole House, as you can see, is agreeable to the fact that we need to just defeat it so that harambees can go on. The author of this Bill can style up and help the community. view

  • 25 Aug 2016 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am a bit disturbed because where I come from, a PhD is a very important academic qualification. When you attain it and somebody rises on the Floor of this House to allege that they did not know that you are that intelligent--- Hon. Deputy Speaker you are a PhD holder while he only has one degree which he attained in the 1970s. We also know that in the 1970s you would be given a degree for just being disciplined and dedicated in school. It was a time to encourage people to go to school. view
