Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you may recall that on 5th April this year, I issued a Ministerial Statement in this House on the regional imbalances in recruitment and appointments in the Public Service. That happened because hon. Ojode had sought a Ministerial Statement to that effect. It includes the Ministry of Finance and all other Ministries. I table the list here because I am quite open and transparent. We want fairness to be done in this country. She is a sister to Prof. Anyang-Nyong'o! Then the Chief Executive is Mr. Martin Oduor Otieno from Nyanza.
