The company to do it has already been appointed. So, Members are being asked to go and put the hubs and provide the places. That is how complicated it is. view

Speaker, before a Member brings a Motion to the House, he should do his homework next time, so that he does not take the precious minutes of the House like the ones he took withdrawing it. I also plead with the House. Once a Member has lost the spirit that inspired him to bring a Motion, whether it is backed by law or not, it is good to give him a leeway.
