I say this knowing that this happens at every county from one to 47. I am not sure that I have seen any county that has been able to handle the issues in the health sector well. I am talking about healthcare workers and nurses and all that personnel as far as promotion is concerned. You hear a lot of them talk about the way it is haphazardly done or for years they still have not had any promotion. Therefore, it is a very important Statement. That is on a light note. I see there is a disturbed Senator there, and so, I was giving him time to calm down. view

We have seen people being murdered, livestock being burnt alive, homes destroyed and burnt, and people being displaced.
