The NTA Social Audit for the constituency on projects funded in 2009/10 found that out of the total sum awarded of KSH61,131,962 : KSH11,778,900 was badly used (19.3%); KSH was wasted (0.0%); KSH5,496,278 was unaccounted for (9.0%)
