The amendment to this Schedule - and as you know, these are extremely difficult times for this country and the world at large - is very important. We reached an agreement with the National Treasury on any projects which were not funded. When we received reports from committees, they convinced us that certain projects need funding and in our First Schedule, we thought we could agree on where we could get funding for such projects. For example, the National Treasury could not see where they could raise additional revenue to finance an additional Kshs500 million to Soin-Koru Dam, which we thought needed a billion shillings to actualize. So, we had to do a Second Schedule to reduce that amount to the second amount proposed by the National Treasury of Kshs500 million and many others.
