    "content": "The KRA needs to do a better job. Collecting 14.4 per cent of GDP is still below the International Standards which is around 20 per cent. It means there is still loss of revenue and 14 per cent is Ksh1.6 trillion. You can imagine the shortfall of 6 per cent, which is not less than Ksh500 billion. We are telling KRA to pull up their socks and identify those Kenyans not paying revenue so that they can meet the international targets. Indeed, Ksh1.6 trillion is not enough to finance this Budget as mentioned.
