Let me close with that by mentioning that over time when we did the Supplementary Budget II of the 2019/2020 Financial Year, we raised the issue of abuse of Article 223 of the Constitution. We have raised the same issues in this Report and other reports that we have done before. As a House, we must put our foot down to ensure that every expenditure by the Government is brought to this House and this House is able to oversee each and every expenditure including the COVID-19 funds. We indicated that in this Report. Members who go through the Report will see. We want to ensure that all resources including those from the COVID-19 fund are appropriated by this House.
