    "content": " Hon. Mbadi, I have heard you speak to the issue of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), a provision being made for the SMEs. I have looked at this and the proposal is to only provide Kshs3 billion for the SMEs. And you remember that we were all whipped in this House into removing the interest rate cap because the Government was so caring about SMEs and now are only providing only Kshs3 billion to support this alleged backbone of this economy.
