He spoke as a person who wants to actually oversee the Government. Therefore, we as a House must stand and tell the Executive to stop borrowing. We must explain exactly how it is dangerous. Lastly, I want to assert that the budget for education should not be reduced. Most of that budget is actually going to salaries and other Recurrent Expenditure. Moreover, we should not look at it as a budget that can be reduced because of COVID-19. I want to rebut what the earlier speaker has said; that, that is a budget which we can actually lay our hands on. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance."
