    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also noted the issue of public participation whereby Ksh1.2 billion was allocated to the 12 constituencies that we visited. I would hate to imagine that there was an allocation of pork barrel for the BAC where you find one single constituency allocated a whole Kshs60 million. I am saying this with authority because I have seen the Report. This is something we need to look at for the future so that we do not have some constituencies benefitting more within the same county."
