    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want to talk about Baringo where we have floods around the expansive Lake Baringo. We have people whose homes have been submerged and up to today, they have not received relief food. I have not seen the Cabinet Secretary for Devolution and Arid and Semi-Arid Lands go there. They have not received any assistance. We hear that food is being distributed, but those people have not received any attention. It has forced me to take some steps and ask for some funding through the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) for some emergency money to assist them. So, it is important to look into that so that Kenyans can feel that this food is going round to all people as the taxpayers without bias on some communities."
