    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairman. I want to congratulate the Budget and Appropriations Committee for doing an excellent job. However, there is the Uwezo Fund that falls under the same category. It has taken over a year for an approval of Kshs4 million to be made for release. I am afraid that the same cannot be said on Uwezo Fund. I request the National Treasury to tighten its operation on Uwezo Fund as it is one of the Big Four Agenda of the Jubilee Administration, to stimulate the economy. The bureaucrats seated here are frustrated by the delays."
