He said he wanted to de-whip Members whimsically. First, we appreciate that our Commissioners are nominated to serve in the Commission by political parties. Second, they are serving in a constitutional Commission that is not less of any constitutional commission like the JSC. I want to thank you because, as the Speaker of the National Assembly, you have shown the country that we can be governed by the rule of law."
