    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support the Vote, but I want to emphasise that this money be used to ensure that we have power supply in most parts of our rural areas. At the end of the day, we cannot industrialise without power. As we speak, most of rural areas that do not have power have many youths who are starting small businesses, but in the absence of power, it becomes impossible for them to progress. I thank you."
