    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for this opportunity. I thank the Government for allocating Kshs10 billion for senior citizens affairs in the last financial year. However, even though that money was released, many of our senior citizens are not getting it because of logistical problems. So, I urge the Ministry to put much effort and ensure that all senior citizens get this money. Secondly, I request that once the Bill is passed and the President assents to it, the money be released as soon as possible so that by the end of July, the senior citizens can get it. These citizens are facing many problems because of COVID-19."
