    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. More than 10 per cent of our Budget will pay teachers. Indeed, we want to see value for money. I urge the Government to increase the number of teachers in our schools because the ratio of pupils to teachers or students to teachers is really wanting. This is something that needs to be addressed urgently."
