I want to begin by reminding us that the motto of the Parliament of Kenya clearly states that both Houses of Parliament exist to push forward the welfare of society and the just government of the people. The people of Kirinyaga County are crying out for justice from the Senate of the Republic of Kenya. They define justice differently according to different segments of that society.
