"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this important matter. I have also been listening to my colleague Senators and the public out there. The common denominator of what they are saying is that they want justice. I happen to be fortunate that I am a trained lawyer and I went to one of the best universities in Kenya; that is, the University of Nairobi, not just once but twice. I also went to the Kenya School of Law, the only school of law in Kenya that enables us to be Advocates, so I know what justice is. When you seek justice as an aggrieved person, you cannot insist on a particular process, unless you do not want to afford the other side justice. Justice is for both parties that seek it. As I listened to the people of Kirinyaga, to the extent that I can do it as Ochillo, I guarantee that I will give them justice. However, they should also be open to the fact that the other side is also in need of justice. What is important in a judicial process or a process of justice is an open hearing where both parties are given opportunity to present"
