However, we have a rule in our Standing Orders about anticipating debate and the outcome of a process. He gives me the impression that he is anticipating that one approach will lead to a certain end and another shall lead to another end. Is it proper for a very distinguished Senator and long serving Member of Parliament (MP) to anticipate the debate and decision of this House?"
