Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr was wrong; it is not Standing Order 96; it is 100. Standing Order 100 talks about the responsibility for a statement of fact. It says, “A Senator shall be responsible for the accuracy of any facts that the Senator alleges to be true and may be required to substantiate any such facts instantly.”"
