    "content": " Hon. Speaker, you have actually said it. As people of this country, we prepared a bed, let us sleep on it. We wanted a presidential system, we have it, so let us live with its shortcomings, so that we may appreciate the need to make some changes to the Constitution. We have tested it, we have tried it now for seven years and it is not working in many aspects including accountability, which is cardinal in any democracy. So, when we approach the time or the period, let us take the opportunity. Although we disagree with Hon. Duale on many things, when it comes to the parliamentary system, we agree with him almost entirely. There are people who do not take time to think through this thing. They talk with emotions, but when they come to the House, they appreciate that the presidential system is not good for our democracy."
