    "content": "We have an opportunity ahead of us. We should not even think of coming up with a way of bringing CSs here. They are strangers who we do not want in this House. Even when the CS for the National Treasury and Planning comes here, we operate more like a committee of the whole House. My view is that those Members who entertain the thought that we can bring CSs here, let us deal with the situation as it is. When there are Questions, let us invite the CSs and Members to be present and deal with it until when we will amend the Constitution. There is no two ways about it. That is one thing I am going to miss because in the 13th Parliament, I see CSs being Members of the National Assembly. I am not going to be a Member of the National Assembly though I really want to be a CS."
