Up to this moment, these amounts have not been released to these hospitals to allow them to prepare to address any spike of COVID-19 cases. To me, this is a clear case of the Executive being careless. I want to request, as far as oversight is concerned, using my position, the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health and the Chairperson of the Committee on Implementation, to follow through this matter and find out if the National Treasury has not released money to the Ministry of Health.
