    "content": "The KRA, through the development of Tax Invoicing Management System (TIMS), should introduce the capturing of all invoices at source. This will enable them to record the details of the customer and supplier when purchasing. So, upon claiming, that invoice will be merged with the system. This will be in line with what KRA has been doing by investing in Electronic Tax Registers (ETRs). However, those ETRs are not connected to KRA systems."
