    "content": "So, going forward, we have proposed that KRA should invest in robust systems that are used in other countries like Dubai, which has the best system. Every businessman in Dubai is connected to the tax authority system. So, once you key in the taxpayers’ details, it captures the tax into the tax system. If you raise a claim, it automatically shows in the system. We have challenged the National Treasury to try as much as possible to finance KRA, so that it can invest in very smart technology. This will be a good move and KRA will avoid all those tussles with taxpayers."
