Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Finance Bill 2020 that the Chairman of the Committee on Finance and National Planning has moved proposes to support the 2020/2021 Financial Year Budget. The tax laws support vulnerable groups in our society. But the Finance Bill that is before this House is supposed to support the 2020/2021 Financial Year Budget. In this Bill, careful analysis has been made by the National Treasury that put in place packages of sound fiscal measures to support Kenyans through their businesses during this emergency period as well as support the recovery of the economy. So, I think Hon. Members will have time to go through the Bill. It is a very important Bill. Members will have an opportunity to interact with it further once the Committee brings more amendments during the Committee of the whole House.
