    "content": "Lastly, my colleague, the MP for Dagoretti South, has introduced a very important subject. I come from a ugali -eating zone. Luo Nyanza and Western are ugali- eating zones. Recently, I was in the village and I realised that ugali is very difficult to come by. The reason why it is hard to come by is because the price of maize flour and wheat flour is really high. In the sense of the argument which has been advanced that this Parliament has zero-rated milk and bread, there is no excuse why this Parliament should fail to zero-rate maize and wheat flour because this is what many Kenyans are eating. Even if you go to Central or any other part of Kenya, everyone eats"
