    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. This year’s Finance Bill, 2020 is one of those Finance Bills that have few proposals of amendments to our tax laws. I think since I came to this Parliament, this is the most limited in terms of proposals to vary rates of taxes. It is interesting to note that we are coming up with this Bill with many changes at a time this country seriously needs revenue.
