    "content": "Persons with disabilities who are basically within the bracket are unemployed and unbanked and get little money. For them to be subjected to a tax at the end, it is something that should not be happening now. Currently, they were not even in the taxable bracket. So, why would that happen now when we are facing a lot of challenges? That is the major reason I would support the proposals and the Finance Bill."
