    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, in accordance with Section 101 of the Constitution of Kenya, the withdrawal of Kshs319,762,623,324 representing one-half of the total net estimates of the Recurrent and Development Expenditure made up in the manner set out in the Vote on Account Schedules laid in the House, be authorized for the purpose of meeting expenditure necessary to carry on the services of the Government of Kenya during the year ending 30th June, 2011 until such time as the Appropriation Act for the year comes into operation. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, His Excellency the President has given his consent to this Motion. I lay on the Table a schedule of the Vote on Account."
