    "content": "We need to fund KRA but also KRA needs to adopt Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) systems in tax collection because people have moved from the traditional way of doing things to digital. Therefore, KRA needs to move from that. However, even when you look at the tax revenue as a percentage of GDP, it has been declining since 2013 when it was 21 per cent. Now it stands at 16 per cent. This means there is a lot of revenue which is not being collected. So, with those few remarks, I support the Bill. Thank you."
