However, you will agree with me that as they pay all these, the infrastructure around where those houses are, such as roads may be having the largest potholes you have ever seen. Where do these monies go to? Why can they not improve where all these taxes are being collected? It is the same thing with the ICT I mentioned. So, the issue of paying taxes is one and using those taxes is another."
