    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we must be very creative in trying to raise resources for the country. We are looking at traditional ways of raising resources and we do not want to think out of the box. We just want to go round in circles trying to look at where to raise resources from and leave things that can really bring resources to this country and transform it. We are not investing in the mining industry. We have a lot of natural resources in this country. The mining industry has a potential of financing our Budget alone. But we have closed our eyes and we do not want to invest where investment is required."
