    "content": "Let me appreciate the Committee for coming up with tax incentives for Kenyans particularly in the area of voluntarily tax disclosure. There is no better way of giving Kenyans a friendly environment to pay taxes. I can assure you that the taxes collected will be much higher through this method, than what was previously happening of taxmen walking around the estates, which was an embarrassment. They would ask who the landlord is and how much they pay. This was ridiculous and then they would start making phone calls. You all know what happens when they call landlords."
