    "content": "We are also exempting from VAT, the ambulance services. This is in addition to medical, nursing and dental services, which are already exempted from VAT. This proposal will further cushion Kenyans from the high cost of seeking medical services, particularly, in these hard times of COVID-19 pandemic. It is important to ease the burden on access of medical services."
