    "content": "We wrote to SRC and they gave us a response. In the response, they indicated that there was a suit on the same matter filed in the Employment and Labour Relations Court (Petition No. 77 of 2020), by the Kenya Association of Health Administrators. They said that they had been named as respondent in the said suit and because of sub judice, the pleadings were shared with us. Having noted that the subject was substantially the same as that of the suit filed in court by the hospital administrators, the Committee resolved to defer consideration of the Statement but we are watching to see how the court moves. We are still keen that all health workers must benefit from the package that is being given to boost their morale at this time of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)."
