I just wanted to find out and maybe probe further about the sort of evidence and proof that you are getting for the expenditure of funds. I think that is where the rubber meets the road. About the allocation that is going there is fine, but if we can get to the details of the proof and even have ways of getting down to the county and confirm that the money has been used, where it is purported to have been used.
