    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to support this Statement. I want to commend Sen. (Dr.) Ochillo-Ayacko for coming up with this Statement. Indeed, it is really frustrating to render a service with all your energy for quite a number of hours, days, weeks and months and then you do not get anything out of it. It is unfortunate that these workers have not been paid since March. They have basic needs, families, school fees and health problems. They have already rendered services, but have nothing to show for it. In as much as Sen. (Dr.) Ochillo-Ayacko is seeking to ask how much the Government has given, how much is not really important.
