    "content": "Kenyans should be synchronized and made readily available at no cost. The Government has details concerning all registered adults in this country. They can easily locate me if they wanted. I wonder what happened to the personal information we gave when we registered for Huduma numbers that we are yet to receive. In the interest of time, I beg to support the Statement and urge Government agencies to stop seeking more information from us at a cost. I thank you."
