So, for that town to be decongested, it is necessary that we have at least a dual road from Kapsabet to Eldoret. It is not very far; it is just around 60 kilometres, but makes a big difference. I disagree with Sen. Cherargei that it should be that region versus another region. I want to thank the DG and the Ministry for doing what they did in all other regions in the country. Even the highway from here to Murang’a to Nanyuki is something to be appreciated. Even as that is being done, we also request that a lot of effort is put to ensure the decongestion of Eldoret town so that all of our country is properly developed, just the same way---."
