The Senator for Nandi never referred to Sen. Murkomen as the Senate Majority Leader. He said ‘my majority leader.’ His majority leader is not necessarily the Senate Majority Leader and, therefore, it is not an issue here. He is his majority leader, probably, in his village or in his caucus or wherever."
