    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, when you look at Article 43, it speaks very well that there is need to provide security, even for the vulnerable. As I speak right now, the people who are living in that area are already the vulnerable of the vulnerable. They need to be helped. They need to be supported so that we do not do things that hurt everyone. We have to move forward as a country and nation. Human life is more important. Of course, animals are also important, but there is need to also take into account the fact that human life is very important. The psychological mindset of our people is important for development.
