    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, this is astonishing. The Report that the Senator for Mombasa County was supposed to move on the Floor today, is here. The Report is signed by the requisite number of Members. We have patiently waited to debate this Report. You have assigned time for this Report to be debated just for the Senator for Mombasa County to ask for the postponement of the debate when he is called to move the Motion. That is ambushing the Chair and the Members. I urge that we do not set a bad precedence. There are Members of that Committee who are in the House and they can move that Motion and second this Report. The mood in the House is that the Members are ready to debate this Report and vote on it. I pray that you give directions because we want to meet tomorrow to transact this Business yet we will not have Business for tomorrow. We need to manage our time."
