    "content": "An office in the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) is s public appointment. Madam Temporary Speaker, if you look at Part XIV, which is found on page 51, from Standing Order 70 to 71 on the committal to committees, these decisions are time bound. We cannot sit on it. If you look at it, from when the Clerk receives it, in 7 days or 14 days the matter should be over. For this reason, I continue to urge that we need to get this matter out of the Order Paper by making a resolution."
