Is it the position of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights (JLAHRC)? This is because Hon. Ameso comes from Western Kenya, but she is replacing somebody who is from Western. Is it the position of the JLAHRC that the Parliamentary Service Commission was not properly constituted before this appointment? It is good for us to know that, that is the opinion of the Committee. Even previously with Commissioner (Dr.) Mumelo, is it the opinion of the JLAHRC that the PSC was not properly constituted?"
