Creation of funds for this Authority will enable the response to droughts and disasters faster than they normally do when they rely on other entities for funding. This is also the same Authority that created Hunger Safety Net Programme, which was run under them. The Hunger Safety Net is a very clear programme with well targeted and good systems that is done through banks. Some of the data of the Hunger Safety Net is outdated. If they had their own funds, they would have been able to review that list, so as to bring it to sync, since it is very fast.
