    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me a chance to add my voice to this very important Bill. From the outset, I want to support the National Drought Management Authority (Amendment) Bill, which intends to amend the principal Act to create a fund for this particular mandate. Most of the time, we are faced by drought as a country and need a fund to put in place measures to enable us to mitigate drought and save the country at such times. I really support that we put a framework on how to implement this Fund and also on how to get it, as Parliament and a country. I support."
