    "content": "There is one thing that I want to say about him, Hon. Deputy Speaker. He is a very honest person. If something is not possible, he tells you and you can disagree with him. I wanted to be the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in the 11th Parliament. However, the Jubilee Party was not comfortable with me. I asked him the reason because I had been whispered to by a Member. I will tell you who told me today. Hon. Nelson Gaichuhie whispered to me that Hon. Duale did not want me to be the Chair of PAC. I confronted him as my friend. He told me that if I wanted to be the Chair of PAC, I should talk to Hon. William who is the Deputy President. I told him that I did not even have his number. How would I have talked to him? He gave me his number. I called the Deputy President. He did not pick the call because he did not know that it was me. When I sent him a text, he called me after three minutes and he asked where I was. I told him that I was in Parliament and we talked. I told him that I wanted to be the Chair of PAC. I also told him that if I did not talk to him, I would not be the Chair. The rest is history, but we spoke."
